Indian Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi was with Russian President Vladimir Putin during his visit to the Atom Centre in Moscow, Russia. Speaking at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) in Vladivostok, Putin said there was an initial agreement reached between Russian and Ukrainian negotiators in Istanbul in the first weeks of the war, which was never implemented, which could serve as the basis for talks, Reuters news agency reported.
